Actors' Theatre was established in 1982 as a tax exempt 501(c) (3) non‑profit performance group. Actors' Theatre is dedicated to embracing a community of all ages and cultures with affordable professional theatre from a repertory of classic and contemporary plays and emerging new works.
Oregon Cabaret Theater
The Oregon Cabaret Theatre has earned a reputation for top-flight musicals, revues and comedies, all professionally produced with its signature flair and panache. The shows are presented in an elegant nightclub setting housed in a magnificently restored and renovated Baptist church building, complete with stained glass windows and a crystal chandelier from a vintage movie palace.
Britt Festivals
Forty-five years ago, Portland conductor John Trudeau and several friends were visiting Southern Oregon and stumbled upon the former hillside estate of Jacksonville pioneer Peter Britt. Being musicians, they immediately noticed an amazing resonance to the hillside's acoustics.
