Lead Pastor Tim has been the Lead Pastor at Bethel Church for 9 years. He graduated from Northwest University with a BA in Pastoral Ministries in 1982. He earned his MA in Theology at Fuller Theological Seminary in 1990. He is a Bible-teaching pastor with a great sense of humor. Pastor Tim encourages the congregation to be real with one another as he is with them.

Pastor of Leadership Development Ryan has been a pastor at Bethel Church for 6 years. He accepted the position of Pastor of Leadership Development in November of 2006, previously serving as Student Ministries Pastor. Pastor Ryan graduated from North Central University with a BA in Youth Ministries and Regent University with an MA in Organizational Leadership. He and his wife Markey married in 2000.
