The josephine county friends of the k-9 is a non-profit, tax exempt organization that is proud to present the second annual hogs, rods & dogs octoberfest. The event will be bigger and better, with more vendors, cars & motorcycles, games & prizes, with great music & entertainment, even the chance to meet the k-9 and their respective officer-handlers.
