Amuse is located in downtown Ashland, conveniently a few blocks from The Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Inns, and shopping. We seek the finest ingredients, utilizing organic, small-producer items. Shaded outdoor dining in summer months. Voted Best New, Oregon 2002 by Northwest Palate.

Chef/Owners Erik Brown and Jamie North prepare a Northwest/French menu daily; utilizing organic, seasonal meat and produce. The carefully selected wine list focuses on a wide array of excellent Oregon and California wines.
